Dr Liebert is an active member of both The Neuroscience Education Institute of University of California San Diego and Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatric Academy. Via these channels, he keeps up to date on psychotropic medications and can obtain consultation service real-time on a case-by-case basis with experts in the field. Dr Liebert regularly attends Neuroscience Education Institute academies and its Annual Congress. He received his Master in Psychopharmacology from Neuroscience Institute in 2003 and is currently studying online and will travel to its joint course with Cambridge University in England to update his Master in Psychopharmacology Certificate.

The Digital ClinicianDr Liebert was extensively trained in psychotherapy, including psychoanalytic, supportive and behavioral therapies, at both The University of Washington and Seattle Psychoanalytic Society. He was in private practice in Bellevue, Washington for a number of years, prior to relocating ten years ago to Arizona for weather reasons. He has been in private practice in Arizona since 2007.

He is affiliated with Telenursing Program of McGill University, which has been very supportive and favorably disposed to his Computerized Clinical Decision Support System developed as The Digital Clinician®. He has also worked with The US Army and civilian Telepsychiatry organizations to advance the delivery of higher quality Neuropsychiatric Services to underserved areas, such as Corrections, Military Bases, College Health Services, Medical Tourism and Remote or Rural sites.
